Weinstock Cellar select Cabernet Sauvignon was harvested later in the season than usual and consequently has an incredible level of richness. It displays wonderful black cherry, blackberry and tobacco aromas which are perfectly aligned with a balanced oak bouquet and flavor. This wine is a perfect food wine due to its soft mouth feel and pleasantly rich and soft tannin. ABV 13.5% Mev.
